[Audio&Video Import] is used for sending voice message or video in the cloud phone, which is a free service provided to users in Hippo Cloud Phone.

Procedure:

Installation of audio and Audio/Video Import APK:

1. Enter the interface of [Service], find [Audio&Video Import] and click "APK Download", currently this feature is free

2. Jump to the app store, check "Audio&Video Import", and click "Add to my app" to add the app to your list.

3. Click the App distribution in the upload app, add the app to the cloud phone in the group, and then wait for the installation to finish

4. Open the [Audio&Video Import] app in the cloud phone.

Audio/Video Import function description:

1. Upload audio and video files to the cloud phone through [Upload File].

Video file resolution instruction: 

Please import 1280x720 resolution video.

If the original video is 720x1280 resolution, please use video tool (like: Format Factory) to rotate to the right one time, and save it according to 1280x720 resolution, then upload it to the cloud phone through [Upload File].

2. Open the [Audio&Video Import] App on the cloud phone

3. Select the uploaded audio/video file, find the audio/video file you just uploaded in the /sdcard directory, and click [SELECTED] to import the audio/video to the app

4. After the audio/video is successfully imported, there are some configuration options you can select

a. Play from the beginning every time when you open the video: the import resolution is fixed to 1280*720, if it is not the resolution it will fail to import

b. Loop playback: suitable for video/audio recording class category, after checking the box, the audio and video will be played in a loop

c. Resolution: The video requires 1280*720 resolution, otherwise it will lead to screen distortion. Please convert the resolution in Format Factory in advance before uploading.

d. Video rotation: Configure the rotation mode of the video, you need to re-click the video import after each rotation before it takes effect.

5. Import methods and applicable scenarios

Voice import: eg, sending voice message in Facebook
Video play: You can see this video when you open the camera in the app such as Tiktok or Facebook.
Voice play: You can hear this voice in the voice live app
Stop: the audio and video file ends playing

6. Voice import/voice recording

After importing the voice file, click "voice import", open the app that needs to send the audio file, hover over the window on the top left corner of the app, click the drop-down button, select the audio file that needs to be converted, wait for the SUCCESS of Toast to appear at the bottom of the cloud phone, then start click and hold to speak, release to send your voice. Double-click the hover window in the upper left corner to cancel.

7. Video import

Select the video file, it supports the configuration function of whether to loop the video or rotate the direction, confirm and then click [Video Import]. Return to the main page of the cloud phone, open the video software for video or live operation to see the video content. Each time you rotate the video, you need to re-click [Video Recording] to take effect.

Open some live streaming video app and click [Video play], then the video screen you just uploaded will appear. The following picture shows the cloud phone to open the camera as an example to explain instead.

8. If you choose to loop the video and want to stop playing, click button [Stop] inside the app to stop the video.
