When you encounter issues that require support, you can submit authorization. Submitting the authorization grants official engineer to view and operate your cloud phones. Hippo Cloud will strictly comply with the Privacy Policy, and this feature is only used to assist you in resolving issues.
SOP:
1. Click the [Account Authorization] button
2. Submit Authorization
Fill in the reason and duration. After setting, the official engineer has the right to access your account to view and operate cloud phones, the operation is only used to assist you to solve the problem. If authorization time expires, the support will automatically expire, the official engineer will no longer be able to perform any operations on your account.
3. Stop Authorization and Modify Authorization Time.
After submission, the authorization time will commence countdown, if the problem is resolved before the expiration, you can terminate the authorization at any time. You also have the flexibility to adjust the authorization period according to the actual processing situation, and after submission, the initial authorization will conclude, and a new authorization record will be initiated accordingly.
