When the cloud phone fails, a prompt icon of "device faulty" will appear on the cloud phone. In this case, the user can repair or replace the cloud phone according to the following methods:


1. The system will automatically generate a Fault-pending-group, click the button in the lower left corner of the cloud phone in the Fault-pending-group, as shown in the figure below:

Click the menu button in the lower left corner of the fault cloud phone, and click [Troubleshooting] in the menu:

2. In the "Troubleshooting" pop-up window, you can see two buttons "Troubleshooting" and "Automatically Replace Cloud Phone", and operate according to your own situation.

Troubleshooting: This method is suitable for the occasional failure of the cloud phone, and there is a certain probability that the Troubleshooting will repair your faulty cloud phone.

Self-replacement of cloud phone: This method is suitable for frequent failures of cloud phone. After replacing it, the data of the original one cannot be restored to the new one.
