Hippo Cloud introduces regular IP, high traffic IP, and provides IP proxy control function interfaces.

IP Proxy Type:

Regular IP: The regular IP pool includes both data center IP and residential IP, with a bandwidth of 1m-2m.

High traffic IP: Suitable for business scenarios that require high traffic such as small videos and live streaming. The high traffic IP pool includes data center IP and residential IP, with a bandwidth of 2m-4m.

IP proxy interface:

Hippo Cloud provides an IP proxy control interface, eliminating the need for manual page switching of cloud machine IPs. The switching objects are only cloud phones with ordered IPs.

Page switching process:

1. Purchase IP proxy and interface services

Click on [Supporting Services] in the navigation bar and select [IP Proxy and Interface] to purchase.

Choose cloud phones and purchase an IP package.

2. Switching and disabling IP

Operation entry: In the cloud preview, in the remote control window of the cloud phone, or through batch operations within the group, you can switch IP addresses and close IP proxies for cloud phones purchasing IP services.

Switch proxy (random): You can choose to switch IP randomly or switch IP in a specified city. After confirmation, randomly select an IP from the IP proxy pool/specified city IP pool to switch. The IP proxy point will not change after restarting the cloud machine

Switching proxy (binding): When selecting a binding for the first time, an IP binding will be randomly selected from the IP proxy pool. After confirming success, the IP proxy point will bind successfully. After successful binding, closing the IP proxy and then clicking on binding again or restarting the cloud machine are all IP proxy points. If you need to change the IP, please choose random switching.

IP address changes: Due to the operator's irregular dialing of the proxy point, the IP address may also change after random switching or binding of IP, but the proxy point has not actually changed, just like the dialing of a home router.

3. IP anomaly reporting

When there is an abnormality in the switched IP, the IP issue can be reported on the switching page to the Hippo Cloud backend, and the operation and maintenance will promptly follow up and handle it.
